Cookie Jam

Cookie Jam with a buttery base, filled with jam and drizzled with powdered sugar and pistachio. These jam thumbprint cookies are special to serve, yet easy on your baking budget.

Ingredients  - by MM Food Club

2 Cups all Purpose Flour

¾ Cup Soft Butter

2 Eggs Yolk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

½ Teaspoon Cardamom

Pinch of Salt

Jam for Stuffing

Directions  - by MM Food Club

Sift the flour and cardamom.

Place the butter in the blender and then add a little powdered sugar. Batters them until they become soft. Now add to them egg yolks and vanilla. Batters until they will mix well.

Now add the flour to the mixer and flip them very well until it become soft dough. Now encases the dough and put it in the fridge for an hour. Divide the dough into two doughs. Put them between two sheets butter and open them by using rolling pin. Cut in equal parts, half of these pieces clipped from the middle and baking in the oven for 10 minutes. After taking it off the oven leave them until they will cool down. Fill them with jam. Now you can serve it.
